Over the last week I have used Adobe Illustrator to create a logo. Before I had to turn it in my teacher allowed us to experiment with the program. I like that it is easy to create and combine shapes. There are of course some things in a program that are difficult to get a grasp on like the pen tool. This tool requires a bunch of practice to be good at it. The other difficult about it is changing colors on symbols very difficult to understand. I still haven't mastered it. I get why game design companies would use this program because you can easily make a poster or a company logo or design for a product. But through my struggles I managed to make two logos.

Yesterday we had a DSA game night. Its where we set up gaming systems for students to play.I volunteered to help Mr.B with setting up and running the game night. He put me in charge of the computer lab with the games not made by students. My job was to make sure everyone got a turn to play and watch for anyone trying to pirate the games. There was a scavenger hunt for the students to complete. The popular games for the attendees were super smash bros and Mario cart. For next year we should set up a recruitment desk or table so that students that are interested in game design can learn about the course.Someone rotated with me and I went over to the student made games and I played a few. I really liked the bomb defuser even though there wasn't a bomb i was a little frustrated with the game because it was short and it took 5 shots to kill the dog that runs at you.I loved nebula 5 because it was real easy to play but, i kept getting lost.
